UnitDocs is a property organization platform designed for DIY landlords. The Service provides tools for property and tenant organization, including document storage, lease tracking, and record management.
UnitDocs is an organizational tool only. We do not provide payment processing, tenant screening, accounting services, legal advice, or property management services.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Current plan details and pricing are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
For paid subscriptions:
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Fees do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, HST, or other taxes associated with your subscription.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and information you upload, submit, or store through the Service ("User Content"), including property information, tenant records, and documents.
By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or close your account.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or applications. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITDOCS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your User Content.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of intellectual property rights or other urgent matters requiring immediate relief.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and UnitDocs.
